粢飯



炸好的脆卜卜油炸鬼除了好吃,也可用它來製作其它小食。
材料:
油炸鬼 2條 (製法按此)
糯米 1杯
即食炸菜 1包
自製肉鬆 適量 (製法按此)
做法:
把油炸鬼撕開成獨立4條。
糯米加水煮成糯米飯。
把即食炸菜切細粒。
在保鮮紙舖一層糯米,再放上炸菜、肉鬆及油炸鬼。
慢慢捲起,收口位用輕力壓實可,即可。
