Oreo芝士蛋糕 (附食譜)
今次這款芝士蛋糕,質感和味道十分配合。 真的令我一吃停不了口,所以要極力推介給大家試整。
材料(6吋圓模):
忌廉芝士 250g
糖 50g
蛋 2隻
淡忌廉 80g
Oreo曲奇 3片(切成小塊)
蛋糕底材料:
Oreo曲奇 80g (壓碎)
牛油(溶化) 30g
做法:
忌廉芝士和糖攪至滑身。
拌入淡忌廉攪至完全混合。
加入蛋,再攪至完全混合。
即把切碎曲奇拌入及攪動數下。
把蛋糕放入注了熱水的平底金屬盤中。
用175c蒸焗約45分鐘。
降溫後放入雪櫃冷凍即可。

可能焗爐上火比較大,下次焗至中途個蛋糕面表層爆裂,可以即加張錫紙在上層來減低溫度。

先放一個大size焗盤在底層,倒熱水入焗盤,再放蛋糕模在焗盤中。 如果個蛋糕模底層不密封,要加錫紙包密,避免水份流入蛋糕。

如果唔做餅底也可以。 但濃味芝士蛋糕,配上餅底是較適合配搭。

請問把CREAMCHEESE和糖攪均的意思是指用電動打蛋器混在一起嗎?
因為CREAMCHEESE有點硬,我不知是不是要把它打至一個什麼的質感和程度。不好意思我是新手所以不太懂這些,望能賜教!謝謝。

還有,我家只有一個焗盤,但個底唔夠深,以175度焗的話水不是會很快全蒸發掉嗎?如果有以上情況發生我應該加水直至焗的過程完成嗎?

1. 把Creamcheese放在室溫待至軟身, 之後把它打至滑身(不見塊粒)
2. 用電動打蛋器較容易做好
3. 放入焗盤的水只是使蛋糕濕潤,不用擔心水會很快全蒸發掉

不可以, 脆脆是配涷餅的.Oreo芝士蛋糕要蒸焗, 不適合配脆脆.

新手做餅!今日試整呢個餅,不慎落多咗隻蛋,於是乎我再加多d芝士忌簾諗住可以令佢唔咁浠!焗完之後佢個質感似豆腐,個底重不斷有牛油物體滲出!何解?

每次焗蛋糕也要把焗爐預熱, 等溫度升至所需溫度後才把蛋糕放入。
蛋糕內加入曲奇餅碎,不用隔過才焗。
