沙翁 (附食譜)

之前整過幾次也不算太成功,今次終於找到個好食譜,就一定要同大家分享。

材料:
高筋粉 70g
鮮奶 49g
暖水 49g
牛油 49g
蛋 2隻
砂糖 適量 (裝飾用)

做法:
牛奶、暖水及牛油一起煮滾,即熄火。
倒入高筋粉拌至不見粉粒及攪拌成粉糰狀。
把雞蛋逐少逐少拌入及大力攪至滑身。
用匙羹舀起,放入暖油以慢火炸至金黃色。
最後在表面灑上砂糖,即可。
