心太軟朱古力蛋糕 (附食譜)

過兩日就到情人節,希望這食譜大家喜歡。
情人節快樂!

材料:
朱古力餡:
朱古力 100g
淡忌廉 50g
蛋糕:
朱古力 100g
牛油 100g
蛋 2隻
砂糖 60g
低筋麵粉 60g

流心餡做法:
朱古力坐熱水坐溶。
淡忌廉加熱後拌入朱古力溶漿,拌勻。
把它稍為降溫後,分成4小份及放入雪櫃凍至硬身。

朱古力及牛油一齊坐熱水坐溶及拌至完全混合。
先把砂糖及蛋拌勻,再倒入朱古力牛油溶液拌至完全混合。
再篩入麵粉及拌至不見粉粒。
把焗杯掃上牛油及麵粉(材料外)。
先倒入朱古力粉漿,放上一份流心餡及再倒入朱古力粉漿。
用190c焗約15分鐘。
從焗爐取出後稍為放涼後,即可從模倒出蛋糕,即可。

小提示:
也可預焗多份放入雪櫃,進食前放入微波爐加熱,也可有流心效果。

    Hi there,

    I am trying out your raisin malt bread for my godson and her grandson. So I briefly browsed the recipe you offered. I can tell that your lava cake (above) omits one important ingredient if you don’t mind me to say here: dutch processed cocoa powder. The lava cake is actually very similar to brownie, except the lava cake is sweeter and has one more egg. If possible, you should try it with cocoa powder instead of just chocolate to your melted chocolate mixture. Let me know if you like the whole recipe that I always baked!
