  1. 1.想問如整綠豆蓉冰皮, 可keep幾耐? 個皮會唔會硬? 2. 兩吋模的皮和餡應幾多克?

    1. 我試過放在雪櫃5日,個皮也可以。
      有時個模深度會有所不同,所以要自己試整數個來作準。
      如果即日吃應該也可以。
